1. Powerful power system

The KD03 full hydraulic vibratory roller is equipped with a Changchai ZN390 two-stage engine with a power of 25kW, strong power, durability and fuel economy, and meets the national second emission requirements.

2. Drive system with excellent performance

Adopting Danfoss variable plunger pump, Poclain low-speed high-torque drive motor closed hydraulic transmission system, to ensure that the roller has good driving performance and high gradeability. The hydraulic stepless speed change ensures that the operation can be carried out at the most suitable speed under different working conditions. One-lever operation is simple and efficient.

3. Efficient and reliable vibration system

1) The vibrating wheel adopts a reinforced inner diaphragm structure, which has a large support rigidity; it improves the force condition of the bearing; good lubrication and heat dissipation performance, and the temperature rise of the bearing seat is only 20 degrees for 8 hours of continuous operation.

2) The vibration system is equipped with American Permco vibration pump and vibration motor. It has excellent performance and reliable quality. The vibration frequency is up to 50Hz, the excitation force is 30kN, and the reasonable static line load and excitation force configuration ensure that different types of materials and different The thickness of the ply is effectively compacted.

4. Frameless frame structure that is convenient for welting and compaction

The machine adopts a frameless frame structure, and the width of the steel wheels is more than 50mm greater than the width of the frame, which ensures that the steel wheels are pressed close to the edge and there is a sufficient safe distance between the frame and the obstacle.

 6. Three-stage vibration reduction system

 The professionally designed and matched rubber shock absorber is connected between the steel wheel and the frame, the frame and the control platform. The platform and the vibration damping seat form a three-level vibration reduction system to ensure that more than 98% of the high frequency vibration of the vibrating wheel is isolated .

7. Reliable brake system

By operating the reversing handle back to the neutral position, it can be parked "flexibly" to realize service brake and parking brake. When braking in an emergency, as long as the brake button is pressed, the brake acts to shorten the braking distance, thus improving the braking safety.
